Panchkula, April 23 : The prestigious Air Rifle 10 M National Rifle (NR) International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) Cup 2025 Open Competition, witnessed a spectacular display of talent and precision as young shooting prodigies from across North India competed at the Mark 10 Shooting Sports Academy, Panchkula. The event drew top-tier participants from Rajasthan, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab.
Emerging as the undisputed star of the under-12 category, Gezna Goel, aged 9, from Chandigarh stunned audiences and judges alike by securing 1st position and clinching the gold medal with a phenomenal score of 196, vying for glory under the mentorship of renowned Coach Dinesh. Her performance has been lauded as record-breaking, making her one of the youngest shooting sensations in India today.
Joining her on the podium was Kyara Goel, aged 10, who represented Chandigarh and contributed significantly to her team’s outstanding performance, winning the team gold medal.
