Chandigarh : Dubai Chambers has signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with NASSCOM and the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) during a high-level visit to Bengaluru, aimed at advancing Agentic AI collaboration and strengthening trade, investment and business ties between Dubai and India.
Led by H.E. Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, the delegation held eight meetings with leading business organisations and multinational companies, including NASSCOM Deeptech, CII Karnataka, FKCCI and FICCI Karnataka.
The MoU with NASSCOM establishes a framework for cooperation in Agentic AI and deeptech, covering knowledge sharing, innovation, ecosystem engagement, business delegations, B2B meetings and networking opportunities. It will also support Indian companies seeking to establish and expand operations in Dubai.
Lootah said, “Indian companies remain vital partners in Dubai’s growth and form the emirate’s largest foreign business community. Our agreements with NASSCOM and FKCCI will strengthen cooperation in Agentic AI and deeptech while supporting more Indian companies to establish and expand in Dubai.” He added, “Dubai’s drive to accelerate Agentic AI adoption is creating significant opportunities for Indian technology companies, innovators, and specialists.”
The FKCCI agreement will promote trade, investment and business collaboration between Dubai and Karnataka, including a proposed Virtual Dubai Desk offering market-entry guidance and business expansion support.
Indian business participation in Dubai continues to grow. By June 2026, 85,841 Indian companies were active members of Dubai Chamber of Commerce, representing 15% year-on-year growth. During H1 2026, 7,579 new Indian companies joined the chamber.
Indian FDI into Dubai reached US$2.28 billion in 2025, while Dubai invested US$9.3 billion in India across 147 projects between 2016 and 2025, creating 55,274 jobs.
