Sufiana singer Yasir Hussain: I have inherited Sufiana singing from my father and uncle

Chandigarh,  December,: The voice of Sufiana singer Yasir Hussain is being appreciated by music lovers not just in India but even abroad. Yasir's rendition of 'Jugni' and 'Chhalla'  in  live shows leaves the audience tapping their feet. What's more, Yasir Hussain's sufiana songs are making a mark during the singer's performances in America, England and Australia among other countries. His singing style makes even the youth dance to his songs and this has given him a distinct identity. Not only this, he has also sung the title song in the movie Shree.

When Yasir Hussain reached Chandigarh, he was given a grand welcome by his fans. Yasir Hussain says that Sufiana singing has been inherited by him from his father Chaudhary Nazir Hussain who was a famous Sufiana singer of Jammu. He took singing training from the age of 7 from his uncle Fazal Hussain. He said that his first song was recorded by Shemaroo Company and came in 2016. After this, he got an opportunity in Voice of Punjab, after which he hasn't looked back.
 
Hussain says that now is the era of live shows and that is why it is necessary to practice daily to perform continuously for two to three hours. He said that along with his voice, he has also paid a lot of attention to his physical fitness too because to stay on stage for so long, one needs to be fit. 

Continuing the conversation, Yasir Hussain said that he keeps getting offers for films but he is not able to do movies due to paucity of time -  he is flooded with live show proposals.
