Mohali, June 12: Max Super Speciality Hospital, Mohali, leading healthcare provider in Punjab, today hosted an event on National Cancer Survivor's Day at Niper Bhawan today. More than 150 cancer survivors, accompanied by esteemed
doctors from the hospital, gathered to commemorate the strength and resilience of survivors while sharing their inspiring stories to uplift and encourage patients currently battling cancer. The event was inaugurated by XX, an esteemed guest.
In his address to the survivors, Dr. Sachin Gupta, Principal Consultant of Medical and Hemato Oncology, Max Super Speciality Hospital, Mohali expressed, "We have convened here today to pay tribute to cancer survivors and to convey a powerful message to those currently facing this challenging journey: a cancer diagnosis does not mark the end, especially when you seek expert care and receive timely diagnosis and treatment."

Another survivor, Pooja (name changed), remarked, "The human spirit is indomitable; when we nourish faith within our souls, our fears wither away. I am immensely grateful to the doctors and my family who supported me during this arduous period."
The event encompassed an array of enjoyable activities, including a vibrant ramp walk, spirited bhangra performances, and captivating dance routines.
