Chandigarh, June 20, 2022: A four-days-long free online yoga course will be conducted by Kamlesh Barwal, ace yoga practitioner and Director-CEO of Sri Sri Yoga School from June 30 to July 3, in association with 'The Wellness City' being built by Prime Land Promoters and Builders(PLPB) on the Chandigarh -Patiala highway, 'The Wellness City' will also house an Art of Living Ashram. This announcement was made by the organisers to coincide with International Day of Yoga celebrations. The course, which is being organized under the aegis of Sri Sir Yoga Foundation, will have a special focus on the practical display of Asanas, Pranayama and meditation techniques.
Kamlesh Barwal, also a Member, Government Council, Central of Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy, Union Ministry of AYUSH said,“The course is so aptly designed that every participant will have many takeaways which will help them stay fit in their lives. The 4-day long Sri Sri Yoga will be a life changer for them. The idea behind the workshop is to teach how to use ‘Yogic’ wisdom' in day to day life and activities so as to help in increasing focus, concentration, and reducing stress which will subsequently help one enjoy life.”
