Chandigarh, November 15, 2023: The Alliance Française de Chandigarh, an official French language & culture centre in Chandigarh in partnership with the Embassy of France in India, will be presenting an extraordinary digital spectacle embracing modern art & technology to Chandigarh people starting 15th November 2023 at 6.30 pm until 21st November 2023.
Aurélien Jeanney, the curator of the exhibition informed, “Witness an endless cycle between day and night through the lens of eleven globally-acclaimed artists. Via the Midi Minuit, an augmented reality exhibition, people will witness 11 posters showcasing an endless cycle between day and night through the lens of eleven globally-acclaimed artists. Every poster is a bilingual delight (French/English), available on both iOS and Android platforms. Just hover over the posters with your device, and each image springs to life, narrating tales of timeless moments.”
Aurélien Jeanney is founder and artistic director of Maison Tangible, a Paris-based manufacturer of images and graphic objects founded in 2015. At once a design studio, publishing house and creator of augmented reality experiences, Maison Tangible navigates between illustration, art direction and motion design, across multiple mediums to create a colourful, joyful and geometric universe.
Featuring works from eminent artists including Tom Haugomat, Vincent Mahé, Bruno Mangyoku, Pierre De Menèzes, Théo Guignard, François Maumont, Johan Papin, Kim Roselier, Juliaon Roels, Florent Remize, and Lila Poppins. This exhibition is curated by renowned French illustrator, graphic, and motion designer Aurélien Jeanney, visiting Chandigarh from 14th – 16th November 2023.
Meanwhile, there will be a conference with Aurélien (Let’s talk with Aurelien Jeanney) on November 15 in the evening at 5:30 pm and a guided tour with virtual reality, ‘Paris Behind the Scenes’ from 12 noon to 1pm from 16th to 21st November.
