Zirakpur, Nov 11, 2021:Shemrock World School, Zirakpur in association with Govt College, Derabassi organized a workshop on Climate Change. The workshop was to inform, challenge and inspire people to learn about the impact of climate change and empower them to confidently navigate their contribution to address climate change by making responsible choices at home and work. Plantation was also done on the occasion.
"To address climate change, we need to understand it. Through dedicated learning, we can help make right choices necessary to combat the crisis. In order to reduce carbon emissions and mitigate the worst effects of climate change, the world needs an ecosystem of public and private sactions that can help mobilize and enact collective change,” said Mrs Chetan Bansal, Principal, Shemock World School.
