Panchkula, 24 March 2024: "We all should respect food and understand that it should not be wasted," said social worker Amitabh Rungta, who is also the founder of Shree Shyam Karuna Foundation, during
the 106th 'Ann Bhandara', or Community Kitchen organised by the foundation for the general public here . During the free food service or 'bhandara' volunteers of Seree Shyam Karuna Foundation - Anupama Rungta, Chaitanya Rungta, Pragati, Sukhpal Singh, Suresh Jangra and Nidhi Sandhu participated actively to feed those in need.
Rungta said further that conservation and donation of food is the duty of all of us and we should also make others aware about this kind of noble service that benefits mankind.
