Chandigarh,Brief facts of the case are that on 15.11.2021 a case FIR No. 165 U/S 363 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Salesh Bhatnagar S/o DC Bhatnagar R/o H. No 12-C, Cherry Hills, VIP Road, Zirakpur in which he stated that his son Akshat Bhatnagar has been missing from Allen Carrier Institude, Indl Area, Phase-II, Chandigarh since after the exam on 14.11.2021.
Sensing the gravity of the matter a special team Headed by Insp. Ranjit Singh, SHO, PS-31, Chd, has been immediately constituted under the supervision of ASP South Ms. Shruti Arora and dispatched to suspected places i.e. Mkt area, Mansa Devi temple and local Police Stations in Tri-city area and as well as information was shared with RPF Chandigarh and due to prompt and attentive action taken by special team the missing boy has been traced out from Amritsar.
Later, missing boy was handed over to his parents and they are very happy from the prompt action of Police and their commendable job as per the slogan “WE CARE FOR YOU”.
