Paras Health Launches Panchkula’s First Robotic Surgical System – Da Vinci Xi

Panchkula, June 29, 2025: Paras Health has inaugurated Panchkula’s first advanced robotic surgical system – the Da Vinci Xi – marking a major leap forward in the region’s surgical capabilities. The cutting-edge system was unveiled at a special event attended by senior government officials, civic leaders, and medical experts.
The chief guest, Shri Ajay Chagti, IAS, Secretary – Health, Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, officially inaugurated the facility. He said, “It is encouraging to see such modern technology being introduced in Panchkula. Robotic-assisted surgery is now a present-day solution that promises precision and safer outcomes.”

Guests of Honour included Dr. Manish Bansal, Director General Health Services; Sri Tarun Bhandari, Political Secretary to the CM of Haryana; Shri Jai Kaushik, Municipal Councillor, and Smt. Seema Chaudhary, Ex-Mayor, Panchkula.

The Da Vinci Xi is globally considered the most advanced platform for minimally invasive surgeries. It allows surgeons to perform complex procedures with high precision, resulting in smaller incisions, less blood loss, reduced pain, and faster recovery for patients.

Mr. Vineet Aggarwal, Chief Operating Officer, Paras Health, stated, “This system reinforces our vision of bringing world-class technology to Tier-2 cities. Patients in and around Panchkula now have access to robotic-assisted surgery without traveling to metro centers.”
