We’ve made workforce adjustments at our Baddi site to meet immediate operational needs at our other facilities, where there is a requirement for experienced personnel. These changes were necessary to maintain business efficiency and support our broader operations.
As part of this effort, an initiative aimed at addressing skill gaps, optimizing resource allocation, and creating development opportunities for a senior supervisory-level employee has unfortunately been met with resistance, resulting in an unlawful protest. The company is taking appropriate steps to address concerns and ensure the situation remains under control.
We are actively assessing the situation and working with local authorities to ensure safety, resolve the matter, and restore normalcy. We remain committed to providing a safe, respectful, and law-abiding workplace for all our employees.
