Chandigarh, January 1, 2023: Surinder Verma was today re-elected as the Chairman Citizens Awareness Group (CAG) Chandigarh. He was elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Citizens Awareness Group was held in Chandigarh Press Club today.
Report of activities taken up by the CAG in the last year was read out and balance sheet for the last year was presented and approved by the members.
Surinder Verma who has been heading the CAG since 1994 for the last 28 years. Other elected members included Vice Chairman, Richa Bindra; General Secretary Mahinder Kataria; Joint Secretary Shikh Nijhawan; Finance Secretary, Om Parkash, Press Secretary Parvesh Chauhan. Executive Members included, SK Dhawan, Sneha Verma, Raman Kalra, DK Bhandari, Parkash Ahluwalia and Pushap Lata Singla.
