Chandigarh, October 6, 2025: The first offline phase of the 12th edition of ALLEN Tallentex Examination, organized by ALLEN Career Institute Private Limited to encourage and recognize young talent, was held at 82 centers in Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana & Himachal Pradesh on Sunday, October 5. The exam was conducted across 10 states and 4 union territories of India. It took place in regions including Chandigarh, Delhi NCR, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, and in some parts of Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh.
Vice President and Zonal Head (North), ALLEN Career Institute Private Limited, Sadanand Wani, congratulated aspiring students and parents for their heartfelt response and participation. He said that the response from Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Mohali reflected an excellent spirit of learning and a healthy sense of competition among students.
He added that such enthusiastic participation reaffirms the growing trust in ALLEN’s commitment to nurture talent and provide the right academic guidance to students across the region.
The examination at Chandigarh was conducted at ALLEN Industrial Area, Phase 2, Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula campuses.
Vice President and National Head of Tallentex, Pankaj Agrawal, said that the exam was conducted in both online and offline modes from 1 PM to 3 PM. In these states, the examination was held in 580 centers across 313 towns and cities, with participation from more than 1.25 lakh students.
Agrawal further added that through Tallentex, the aim is to identify talented students and provide them proper career guidance. The final offline phase of the exam will be held on October 12. The combined results of both exams will be announced in the second week of November. The results will declare the All India Rank (AIR) and State Rank of students along with cash prizes and scholarships.
Selected students will receive cash awards, and those who take admission in ALLEN for session 2026–27 within the stipulated date will get the dual benefit of up to 90% scholarship on ALLEN fees. After the declaration of results, a Rankers’ Felicitation Ceremony success power session will be organized.
He mentioned that by 2025, nearly 18.25 lakh students have participated in Tallentex so far. It is noteworthy that many talented students who joined ALLEN through Tallentex have later achieved top 100 All India ranks in prestigious exams like IIT-JEE, NEET, and Olympiads.
This examination is modeled on India’s leading competitive exams such as IIT-JEE, NEET, and previously conducted NTSE. The exam pattern, marking system, and evaluation process make Tallentex one of the most reliable assessments in the country. For Class 10 students aspiring to build a career in engineering or medical fields, this exam can prove to be a boon. Participation helps them assess their current preparation level, understand how much more effort is needed, and also provides scholarships on concessional fees, thereby reducing the financial burden of career preparation.
