Global Middas Capital Fund to Setup a 5 Billion USD Mega IOT Park in India

Chandigarh July 20, 2025:Global Middas Capital Fund (GMCF) has initiated to setup a Mega IOT Park in India in consultation with PMO to bring international companies and back this with a 5 Billion USD investment into this project.Sardar Inder Preet Singh, Chairman GMCF said "it's an initiative to establish India as a global command center for the next 50 years of IoT, Semiconductors, and DeepTech manufacturing leadership".The ambitious project aims to create 80,000+ direct jobs,export revenue potential of $5-10 Billion per year by Year 10, Asset value expected to have  10X appreciation (as seen in Dholera, HITEC City, JAFZA Dubai), Monetization Platform to include 
InvIT/REIT listing pathways post stabilization,ESG targets to achive 30-40% renewable power share, zero liquid discharge & UN SDG Alignment aimed at Direct contributions to SDGs 8, 9, 11, 13, 17.

This Project would provide  a unique strong state-backed, de-risked entry point into India’s $500B industrial 
revolution, fully ESG compliant, globally benchmarked, with a clear 5-10 year monetization runway for sovereign and institutional investors — governed under world-class board structures and bilateral 
sovereign protection agreements.

IOT and Connected devices are big economic drivers so developing Micro Centres of excellence across the nation would be an integral part of this  initiative.
