Chandigarh, Punjab – July 29, 2025, Global Middas Capital Fund has reached out to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi with an ambitious $500 million Public-Private Partnership (PPP) proposal, the “NAV Punjab Mega IoT Park,” to transform Punjab into India’s global hub for DeepTech and IoT manufacturing. This visionary project, rooted in the Prime Minister’s call to restore Punjab’s economic prominence, signals a resurgence through bold new initiatives, political will, cross-party collaboration, and relentless execution, aligning with the vision of Viksit Bharat by 2047 and technological sovereignty.
Harnessing Punjab’s strategic location, global diaspora, and civilizational strength, the NAV Punjab Mega IoT Park addresses the post-2025 global demand for trusted, non-China supply chains. “We are inspired by the Prime Minister’s leadership to reignite Punjab as an economic powerhouse,” said **S. Inder Preet Singh, Chairman of Global Middas Capital Fund**. “This transformative project is our commitment to deliver jobs, innovation, and national pride through collaborative execution.” **Aman Bandvi, Advisor**, added, “NAV Punjab is a movement to empower Punjab’s youth, uplift MSMEs, and position India as the world’s DeepTech leader, driven by bold vision and unity.”
Spanning 1 million square feet, the park will focus on IoT, AIoT, 5G hardware, quantum tech, edge devices, and ESG-compliant data centers, with an initial $100 million ready for deployment. It aims to create 80,000+ jobs, generate $10 billion in export revenue, and uplift over 5,000 MSMEs, revitalizing Punjab’s industrial landscape. The project is guided by an esteemed advisory board, including **Harmeet Singh** and **Raman Gandhi**, renowned professionals with a history of impactful initiatives, ensuring strategic and operational excellence.
Aligned with the Modi Government’s priorities—Make in India, youth skilling, regional balance, and national security—the project offers a de-risked alternative to Chinese supply chains. It seeks Centre and State support for land allocation, Strategic DeepTech Zone status, streamlined customs/logistics protocols, skill mission tie-ups under NSDC and PMKVY, and ESG investment frameworks. “NAV Punjab is India’s bold statement to the world: we rise united, across states and parties, under the Prime Minister’s vision,” said Singh. The Fund respectfully requests an opportunity to present this transformative proposal to the Prime Minister’s Office and collaborate to make Punjab a beacon of India’s DeepTech resurgence.
