Chandigarh, July 12, 2025 — In a moment of global recognition and personal triumph, acclaimed author, educator, and life coach Dr. Sazina Khan was conferred with the Global Literary Legend Award at the Global Business Leaders Summit & Influencers Awards 2025, held in Dubai. The international event celebrated visionaries, change-makers, and creative leaders from around the world, honouring excellence across diverse fields of influence.
Receiving the award from esteemed dignitaries H.E. Yaqoob Al Ali and H.E. Dr. Omar Mohamed Zubaeer Mohamed Almarzooqi, Dr. Khan described the moment as a “quiet affirmation” of years spent telling stories that stir, heal, and empower. “To stand on a global stage and be recognised for words once scribbled in solitude is a humbling reminder of literature’s power to transcend boundaries,” she shared.
Delivering a powerful keynote on the growth mindset, Dr. Khan reflected on her recent experiences—editing her seventh book, managing international engagements, and receiving back-to-back recognitions. She told the audience, “Success is not defined by the absence of chaos, but by the grace with which you carry purpose through it.”
A passionate advocate for women’s empowerment through storytelling, Dr. Khan sees literature as both a mirror and a map. “Through my work, I strive to ensure women are not just characters, but creators of their own destinies,” she said.
Her bestselling works—from The Chamber of Expressions to Whispers That Roared—have resonated globally, offering emotional depth and social insight. A pivotal moment in her journey, she recalls, was receiving a letter from a reader who said her poem helped her survive the grief of losing a child—marking a transformation in her writing from personal expression to meaningful impact.
Dr. Khan is currently finalising her seventh book and mentoring underrepresented voices through the UAE Book Forum. She is also set to serve as jury member and grooming coach at prestigious global pageants including Mrs, Miss & Mr Universal Queen on July 13, and the upcoming Mrs. India Middle East.
“This award is not just for me,” Dr. Khan concluded, “it’s for every voice that ever trembled yet dared to speak.”
Her message to aspiring writers: “Your story could be someone else’s survival guide. Tell it with courage.”
