Chandigarh:A CSR Initiative Supported by Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC)
In a significant step towards promoting women’s safety, empowerment, and community well-being, the Self-Defence Training Programme is being launched under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) collaboration with Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC).

This initiative reflects IRFC’s unwavering commitment to supporting social development, gender equality, and capacity building through impactful community-driven programmes.

The initiative is being implemented under the esteemed guidance of:

About the Programme
The programme aims to train school and college girls in essential self-defence techniques, fostering confidence, discipline, mental strength, and physical fitness. It seeks to build safer communities by empowering young women to respond proactively to challenges and threats in daily life.
Key Highlights of the Initiative
Training conducted by certified martial arts professionals and defence experts
Provision of self-defence kits and sports kits to participants
12-day intensive on-ground training modules focusing on real-world safety preparedness
Participation certificates awarded and endorsed under the CSR framework.This CSR programme is being organised in collaboration with IRFC
