Chandigarh, September 29, 2026 – Škoda Auto India has announced a price revision of upto 1.2% across its range of vehicles, effective October 1, 2026, owing to rising input and operational costs. This revision will see an increase of upto 1.2% at ex-showroom level across the brand’s India portfolio. The price revision varies by model and variant with the maximum increase capped at ₹20,000.
The brand began 2026 with a promise of 10 product actions and has delivered in the form of the new Kushaq, the new Slavia, updates to the Kodiaq, the introduction of the Kodiaq RS and the Octavia RS and the introduction of new trims and features across the Kylaq, debut of the Sportline trim in the Kylaq and the launch of the Classic+ and Prestige+ trims across its portfolio among others.
The brand recorded its Biggest Year of sales in 2025 with 72,655 cars sold. It also registered its highest ever H1 sales in 2026 and as of August 2026 has sold over 50,000 units with a growth of over 8% compared to the same period last year. Škoda Auto India has witnessed the sale of over 250,000 locally manufactured cars in this growth surge, which includes the Kylaq, Kushaq and Slavia. Off these, over 75,000 units are of the Kylaq. The company’s growth has also been driven by the expansion of its network which numbers over 345 touchpoints across 193 cities as of date.
