Chandigarh, August 17, 2021: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited launched its customer safety and awareness program in Chandigarh UT under the banner “Suraksha Bandhan”.
The program started with a keynote message by Deputy General Manager and Head of LPG Department, Ajay Bhardwaj. The launched program majorly focused on awareness of customer on various fronts like Pre-Delivery Checks, Various Methods of Booking of LPG Refills, Various methods of Cashless payments of LPG Refills, New LPG connection based on Self Certified LPG Declaration only and various new products of HP Gas like 5 KG and 2 KG Cylinder.
The distributors and delivery staff in presence of HPCL officials took a decision and committed themselves to provide refills to its customers within 48 of refill booking of cylinders and within 24 hours for prepaid booked cylinders. With this commitment Flag Off of the delivery vehicles were done by Head LPG Chandigarh, Ajay Bhardwaj urged all delivery staff and distributors to make this event a grand success.
At the launch event, Deputy General Manager and Head of LPG Department, Ajay Bhardwaj, Area Sales Manager-Chandigarh, Manoj Kumar and distributors of HP Gas Agencies in Chandigarh UT namely Chandigarh Gas Company, Sabharwal Gas Company, Parnam Gas Service, Kang Gas Service and Premier Gas Service along with their delivery staff were present.
