Chandigarh:Ravi Gossain has established his name not only on the small screen but in Bollywood as well. He has played distinct roles that have earned him recognition in the fraternity. Sony SAB’s soon to launch show ‘Dil Diyaan Gallaan’ has roped in Ravi Gossain to play ‘Randeep’ in the show.
Ravi essays the role of Randeep, the second son of Dilpreet (Pankaj Berry) and Sanjot (Jasjeet Babbar). Randeep is compassionate, strives to be a better son but fails to thrive. His pessimism is partly the reason for the rift within the family. Due to the hurt his parents have for his brother, he tries hard to seek their love and respect. Nevertheless, his bond with his daughter and wife is unique; it’s filled with humor and his goofiness is endearing. This bond keeps it balanced between conflict and small happiness in his life.
Ravi Gossain in excitement to portray this character shares, “The character has a lot to offer but also beholds the urge to be appreciated by his father as the second child who always feels overshadowed by his brother Mandeep’s excellence. He tends to believe others are better than him and cannot move on from failures. This is a classic example of people who are struggling to be a better version of themselves but always seeking validation they fail to see for themselves. The variety of emotions that this character has is truly remarkable and I cannot wait to play this role”
