Panchkula, September 8, 2021: Shoolini University has established a modern and swanky regional office at Panchkula. Apart from housing certain back-office operations and providing space for meetings and conferences, the facility will have an advanced Ed Tech and technology centre.
Trustee & Director Nishtha Shukla Anand, who heads the office, said, “Shoolini University is strategically located. We are close to the Chandigarh airport, Panchkula, and a national highway away from Delhi. Having a centre in the tricity became key as Shoolini becomes a national name. We hope to enable counselling and placement support through this centre for Shoolini University.”
Talking about the concept behind the advanced Ed Tech centre, she said the purpose was to empower the youth and help them upgrade their skills, helping them find high-profile placements. Students can opt for any of the specialised niche programmes in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Dev Ops, Quantum, and more. “The future-ready programmes, in collaboration with IBM and Amazon, have been designed by industry experts and would be from three to 11 months’ duration,” centre head Nishtha Anand added. Admissions are open, and students can register online at firstuniv.com or appear for counselling.
The tricity office, located in the prime Sector 6 of Panchkula, will also work as a counselling centre to help students make the right choice for higher education. The premises was recently inaugurated in the traditional way by performing ‘hawan’ and ‘Pooja’. Shoolini University Founder Chancellor Prof PK Khosla, Founder President and Trustee of the Foundation for Liberal Sciences and Business Management (FLSBM) Saroj Khosla, Founder Trustee Satish Anand, Pro-Chancellor Vishal Anand, Digital Marketing director Nishtha Anand were present, among others.
Aesthetically designed, the new workspace provides a seating space for about 30 persons. Additionally, it has a conference room and cabins for group work and meetings. There is a proposal to expand the office further, said Mr Vishal Anand.
