28-day summer internship program organized under joint auspices of Writers' Community and Pariksha Adda completed

Chandigarh May 30:While the country's present situation is very problematic due to the Corona epidemic, in such a situation, the Writers Community established by Ankit Kumar and Shanya Das is constantly working to provide opportunities for people to learn something and generate income.

The Writers Community launched on 7 February 2020, was born with the same purpose that while on the one hand there will be a crisis, on the other hand, some people join this group to earn income with courage and constant efforts in an unnatural disaster like Corona. The Writers Community first established contact with various book publishers in the country. This team of Hindi experts, like freelancers, took the work of publishing houses and got all the jobs done with quality. In this context, a 28-day summer internship program was successfully organized by the Writers Community to train people in various tasks related to freelancing. Starting from 25 April 2021, 467 applications were received for this internship program. Various assessments were made for selection, and the final list of 25 trainees belonging to different institutions and fields was released.

This team of Interns trained in the 28-day internship program under training given by founder Ankit Kumar (Ankit Dev Arpan) on question creation, copy editing, data entry, article writing, SEO ranking, web development, and many more. Under the guidance of founder Ankit Kumar and co-founder Shanya Das, the Interns also received training on the importance of discipline and rules at the workplace and its observance.

The founder of Writers Community, Ankit Kumar, known as Ankit Dev Arpan, is a Law student of IMS Law College. He is a good Hindi writer and speaker. Because of his command of Hindi, he worked with some eminent publications. At the age of 21, he established Writers Community for skilled, talented, educated but still looking for jobs for their survival. Ankit Dev Arpan is from Patilar, a village in the West Champaran District of Bihar. Previously he was involved in political and social activities and worked with some prominent newspapers and magazines as a freelance writer; due to his financial conditions, he worked as a freelancer, but when he saw the critical situation of other freelancers and scammers in this industry, he left his work and started a group of freelancers. Initially, it was with three members, but now the Writers community has 283 members, of which 63 are regularly working.

The Co-Founder of the Writers' community, Shanya Das is also a Navodayan, and she is also from Bihar.   She is working as coordinator of projects and managing all ongoing and upcoming projects. She was a web analyzer of a social media news channel. She had worked with educational platforms like: Embibe as a Subject Matter Expert. She has also worked as a translator with OnlineTyari, but she also left her job and dedicated herself to freelancers. Now she is pursuing her graduation in Hindi from the Gargi college of Delhi University and managing lots of other social works. Apart from this her passion and hobbies revolve around writing and this keeps her motivating for working consistently.

During this period, freelancing and administrative sector specials guided all the interns through online sessions and shared much information about the work and social sector. Pradeep Jangid worked as a PCS officer in Rajasthan Accounting Service, Saurabh Vikram Singh, a reviewer at Un Academy, and Sagarika Mehta, vice-president of the official factory, gave training.

On 23 May 2021, after the internship program, a farewell ceremony was organized for all the Interns virtually. The program was conducted by skilled trainees only. Honorable Rajya Sabha MP Mr. Satish Chandra Dubey, PCS Officer Mr. Pradeep Jangid, Director, Admission Department and associate Dean of OP Jindal Global University, and Mr. Anand Prakash Mishra, Dr. Vikalp Shrivastava, Professor of IMS Noida, Youth Geographer Dr. Krishnanand Jha and the co-founder of Pariksha Adda Shri Ashutosh Dubey joined as a guest. All the guests guided the audience through their respective ideas. Along with this, cultural programs were presented by the Interns. In the program, founder Ankit Kumar and Shanya Das shared their experiences related to this 28-day internship program.

Aditya Raj, Aryan Aditya, Athulya Jose, Gargi, Kusum, Manas Srivastava, Nikhil Vats, Nikita Sinha, Pratyaksha Sinha, Prachi Bajpai, Shivalika, Sakshi Verma, Saloni Singh, etc. were included as interns in this training. Many of these trainees have joined this internship program from leading educational institutions like IIT, Kharagpur, Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi, IMS, Noida, Vanasthali Vidyapeeth, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi, etc. We appreciate this successful effort of the Writers Community and wish them a successful future.
